Deliciously moist and fluffy cupcakes topped with creamy chocolate frosting and decorated with Mini Eggs!

PIN IT FOR LATER!

This is such a quick and easy cupcake recipe, you’ll have these to devour in no time! These cupcakes are deliciously moist from the buttermilk and vegetable oil. I absolutely love buttermilk in my baked goods, and using vegetable oil instead of butter saves time, because there is no creaming involved, which also means no mixer required – bonus!

The chocolate frosting is just perfect. It’s rich, fudgy, melt-in-your-mouth, and complements the light, fluffy, golden cupcakes beautifully.

These are so adorable, Marsha! Love that there’s no mixer required, too. That means I can whip up and eat them that much faster, lol 🙂

These look so adorable, especially with the little Easter eggs on top, and they sound delicious. Love the addition of buttermilk and oil instead of butter for that moist and fluffy texture, even better that it makes it easier too!
