These Double Peanut Butter Bars are like the inside of a peanut butter cup, and are so easy to make! http://mentalhealthdrugs.com They’re no-bake and come together in minutes. Topped with melted milk chocolate and peanut butter, these are absolutely delicious.
No-Bake Double Peanut Butter Bars
- 113 g butter melted
- 2 cups digestive biscuit crumbs or Graham Cracker crumbs
- 156 g icing sugar
- 190 g smooth peanut butter + 32g for frosting
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Line a 8x8 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix together the melted butter, biscuit crumbs, icing sugar, and 190g peanut butter in a large bowl until combined. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Melt the chocolate chips and 32g peanut butter in the microwave until smooth, then pour over the mixture and even out with a spatula.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Once set, slice into bars (It’s best to slice them at room temperature so the chocolate doesn't shatter.)
These can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
