Today, I bring you my scrumptiously moist Pumpkin Streusel Muffins! October is just around the corner, and how many pumpkin recipes have I brought out already? 😉 I just love baking with pumpkin, so look forward to many, many more!

These muffins are super moist from using melted butter and Greek yoghurt, and stay moist for several days. I sprinkled them with a cinnamon-spiced streusel topping for a delicious crunch, and drizzled them with a sweet cream cheese glaze for added sweetness. The best pumpkin muffins I’ve ever had. Seriously. You have got to try them!

I’m sharing my Pumpkin Streusel Muffins recipe over on Wayfair UK’s Inspiration page today, go check it out!

I have added a little molasses/black treacle to these muffins for a more deepened, sweeter flavour, and it pairs beautifully with the spices. Molasses is optional, but I highly recommend adding it.

Marsha, I saw these on Facebook and was instantly in autumn heaven. So many wonderful aspects to these muffins, where do I even begin?? First of all, love that the centers are so perfectly moist and fluffy. Secondly, that streusel topping… WOW, that streusel topping! It looks amazing crispy and sweet. Then… that glaze. my goodness, that glaze! You know I love a good drizzle. Ya nailed it, friend! xo Hope you have an awesome weekend. Pinning, of course! Big hugs! xo
