Today, I bring you my scrumptiously moist Pumpkin Streusel Muffins! October is just around the corner, and how many pumpkin recipes have I brought out already? 😉 I just love baking with pumpkin, so look forward to many, many more!
These muffins are super moist from using melted butter and Greek yoghurt, and stay moist for several days. I sprinkled them with a cinnamon-spiced streusel topping for a delicious crunch, and drizzled them with a sweet cream cheese glaze for added sweetness. The best pumpkin muffins I’ve ever had. Seriously. You have got to try them!

I have added a little molasses/black treacle to these muffins for a more deepened, sweeter flavour, and it pairs beautifully with the spices. Molasses is optional, but I highly recommend adding it.
