Today, I bring you a quick and easy recipe for Chocolate Fudge. This fudge only requires 4 ingredients, and you only need one bowl and a spatula!
You can make this deliciously creamy Chocolate Fudge two ways. In a large bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, or in the microwave!
To make this fudge in the microwave, simply add all of the ingredients into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 1 minute intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth. Spread the mixture into a pan, and refrigerate until set. Done!
What chocolate do I use?
Use your favourite chocolate! The one you love to eat on its own. That could be milk chocolate, dark, or even semi-sweet.

- 24 oz good quality chocolate 680g, finely chopped
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz/397g
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 42g, cubed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat. The mixture will be very thick.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 - 4 hours until firm.
Microwave: To make the fudge in the microwave, simply add all the ingredients to a large heat-proof bowl, and heat on high, stirring every 1 minute, until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 - 4 hours until firm.
Fudge can be stored, in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 1 month, or frozen for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
