Ingredients for Easy Chocolate Fudge:

  • chocolate
  • unsalted butter
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • vanilla extract

To make this fudge in the microwave, simply add the chocolate and butter into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth. Stir in the condensed milk and vanilla.

The mixture will become quite thick. Spread the mixture into a pan, and refrigerate until set. Done!

What chocolate do I use?

Use your favourite chocolate! The one you love to eat on its own. That could be milk chocolate, dark, or even semi-sweet. You may even use two types of chocolate.

This fudge looks so creamy and yummy! I love fudge and don’t make it often since I’d eat the whole darn thing myself, but I will be making this!

The first time I made fudge was when I was still a new cook and it was such a failure. I think I’d like to give it a try again, with your recipe. You make it look so simple!
