Easy White Chocolate Pots de Crème – A deliciously rich and creamy no-bake white chocolate pudding that is so easy to throw together, and only requires 5 simple ingredients!
Easy White Chocolate Pots de Crème
White chocolate was definitely a favourite of mine as a kid, and I still enjoy it now!
So, I knew I needed to make my Easy Chocolate Pots de Crème (which you guys have been loving) into a white chocolate version. And it is SO GOOD.
Pots de Crème means “pots of custard” or “pots of cream” in French, and is originally made with eggs and baked in the oven. But today’s version is no-bake and super easy to make.
These white chocolate puddings are rich and creamy, quick and easy to make, and you only need 5 simple ingredients to make them. If you’re a chocolate lover with a big sweet tooth, then you are gonna love these puddings!

Ingredients you’ll need
Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this dessert. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.
- White chocolate: Use a good quality chocolate that you enjoy eating on its own. I love and use Lindt.
- Double OR heavy cream
- Caster OR granulated sugar
- Vanilla extract: For added flavour.
- Salt: A little salt to level out the sweetness.
How to make Easy White Chocolate Pots de Crème
To make these puddings, simply start by adding the white chocolate to a large heat-proof bowl, and set aside.
Add the cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt to a microwave-safe bowl or jug, and heat on high for 30 seconds (800W). Stir to combine the sugar into the cream, then heat for a further 30 seconds.
Pour the cream over the chocolate, and leave to stand for 1 minute. Whisk together until melted and smooth. If there are still some chocolate lumps left, heat for 30 seconds, then whisk again.
The mixture should be slightly thick and silky smooth.
Evenly divide the pudding between three 4-oz ramekins, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and/or chocolate shavings before serving.
The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.
NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.
Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
These Easy White Chocolate Pots de Crème are:
- super quick and easy to make
- incredibly rich and creamy
- made from only 5 simple ingredients
- perfect for white chocolate lovers
How long will these white chocolate puddings last? These puddings can be kept in the fridge, covered tightly, for up to 1 week.
This recipe yields 3 ramekins filled about 3/4 of the way. If desired, you can fill 4 ramekins only halfway as the pudding is quite sweet and rich.
