Raspberry Lemonade – Deliciously cool and refreshing raspberry lemonade made with fresh raspberries and lemons. Perfect for hot summer days!
Right now, it’s pretty hot here in the UK, so I’ve been craving a cool, refreshing drink that can be made at home and is super easy to throw together. Today’s recipe is just that. I bring you my deliciously simple and refreshing Raspberry Lemonade!
You only need 4 ingredients to make this deliciously refreshing Raspberry Lemonade. Raspberries, lemons, sparkling water, and a little sugar.
Simply blend the raspberries until smooth, then strain them through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add the lemon juice and water, and stir to combine. Add sugar to taste. Serve and top with ice cubes, if desired!

- 6 oz fresh raspberries 165g
- 2 - 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice to your taste
- 3 cups sparkling water 720ml, chilled
- 1/4 cup caster/granulated sugar 50g, or to taste
- Ice cubes to serve
Add the raspberries to a blender, and blend until smooth. Press through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, and discard the seeds and pulp. Add the lemon juice and sparkling water, and stir to combine.
Stir in the sugar until combined. Add more to your taste, if desired.
Pour into glasses, and top with ice cubes. Serve and enjoy!
This recipe makes 2 large drinks, or 4 smaller drinks.
