Ingredients you’ll need

Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this fudge. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.

  • Chocolate: High quality milk, dark, or semi-sweet chocolate. I used a combination of milk and dark chocolate.
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Digestive biscuits/graham crackers: Crushed into pieces.

How to make S’mores Fudge

To make this fudge, simply add the chocolate to a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.

Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until almost combined.

Fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed biscuits. The mixture will be VERY thick at this point.

Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper, and smooth out the top. Top with extra crushed biscuits, if desired.

NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
