Valentine’s Chocolate Bark
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and I have the prefect no-bake treat for you!
This bark consists of a thick and creamy layer of milk chocolate topped with swirls of pink-dyed white chocolate.
It is then finished off with some gorgeous, romantic sprinkles.
With just a few simple ingredients, you’ll have this bark made in no time at all. It makes for a wonderful treat to gift family, friends, and loved ones.
Ingredients you’ll need
Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this bark. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.
- White chocolate: Good quality. The flavour of the chocolate is everything in this recipe.
- Pink or red food colouring: I used Sugarflair Spectral Concentrated Paste Colour in Christmas Red to create a light pink shade.
- Milk chocolate: You could also use dark or semi-sweet.
- Valentine’s Day sprinkles: I used Be Mine by Happy Sprinkles.
How to make Valentine’s Chocolate Bark
To make this bark, simply add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
Stir in enough food colouring to reach desired shade. Set aside.
Melt the milk chocolate in the same way you melted the white chocolate.
Pour onto a large baking tray lined with parchment paper, and spread out into a large rectangle.
Drizzle the pink chocolate on top (use a much or as little as you want), and use a toothpick to swirl the two mixtures together.
Top with the sprinkles, then allow the chocolate to set at room temperature, or in the fridge.
Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.
NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.
Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
This Valentine’s Chocolate Bark is:

- the perfect bark for Valentine’s Day!
