Deliciously light and fluffy whipped pumpkin dip that is loaded with warm spices. Perfect for serving at parties with apple slices, crackers, or cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream 240ml
  • 8 oz cream cheese 225g, softened
  • 1 cup icing/powdered sugar 125g
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree 225g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.

  2. Whisk together the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and combined. Whisk in the pumpkin, vanilla, and spices, then gently fold in the whipped cream.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with your favourite fruit, crackers, or cookies!

Notes

This dip can be made a day in advance, covered, and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
